Stephanie Cook is a REALTOR®, entrepreneur, and founder of The Healing Hero Project, a nonprofit dedicated to helping veterans, active-duty military, first responders, government employees, and their families reconnect, recover, and thrive through nature-based, nonclinical experiences.

With more than a decade of experience in real estate and over 517 families served, Stephanie has guided clients through one of life’s biggest financial decisions with integrity, compassion, and a commitment to serving people well. Before entering real estate, she worked as a registered nurse, where she developed the empathy, attention to detail, and calm presence that continue to define her approach today.

Driven by a belief that business can be a force for good, Stephanie has committed a significant portion of her real estate business to advancing The Healing Hero Project’s mission. She also created The Hero Credit, a unique way to honor those who serve. When an eligible service member, government employee, or first responder buys or builds a home with Stephanie, she pays their first mortgage payment or their last mortgage payment when selling.

Her vision is to develop Camp Recon, a place where heroes and their families can step away from the pressures of daily life, reconnect with themselves and one another, and discover healing through the outdoors, animals, and meaningful community.

Whether she’s helping a family find their next home, building partnerships that create lasting impact, or leading a mission to serve those who have served our country, Stephanie is passionate about leaving every person and every place better than she found it.
